    The restaurant at the providence place serves awesome food. The rooms need some good old tlc.

    This place is exactly what it looks like. Nothing more. Seemed relatively clean but the carpet was a bit sketchy and wouldn't want to bring a black light in the room. Strong wifi. Close to the harbor. I think 1 wing of the hotel is permanent residences.

    Wonderful place to stay. Restaurant next door was fabulous as well. Great Service and Food!

    Bug infested, smelly, dirty sheets and towels and room was hardly cleaned in my one week stay. Also the wifi is pretty much non existent.

    Bed bugs are a big issue here. Its a very old building pretty run down. The one thing I do appreciate about this place is that they do help ppl who are in need.
